Masterfully transcribe data from various sources, including paper forms, scanned documents, and digital files, into our database systems.
Verify and double-check all entered data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring the highest quality for analysis and reporting.
Identify and troubleshoot any data inconsistencies or errors, resolving them promptly and effectively.
Maintain organized records and filing systems, keeping track of data entry progress, and ensuring clear data accessibility.
Prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed, contributing to data analysis and communication efforts.
Stay up to date on data entry procedures and regulations, adapting to new systems and processes with ease.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Typing skills above 50 words per minute with exceptional accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry software, including spreadsheet programs and database management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to handle data inconsistencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clarify data discrepancies.
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures while also demonstrating initiative.
