Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation and programming of audio/video, phone, computer and security systems
- Learning and developing skill set to add value to installation team
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with pre-wiring homes and businesses is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills for communication with clients and colleagues
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to “think on your feet”
- Ability to produce good documentation & customer file notes
- Can-do positive attitude and desire to work with customers in a high-touch service business
- Technicians must provide their own basic tools
