Construction Admin

We are seeking an individual who excels at multitasking within a general office environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proficient level of Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook, and be adept at answering phones. Strong writing and grammatical skills are essential to maintain the quality of project correspondence.

This is 100% in office, Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

While prior experience in an office construction environment is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, familiarity with construction processes and documentation would be advantageous. Specifically, experience with Lien Waivers and subcontractor billing processes, including matching waivers with statements, is desirable. Training can be provided for candidates who demonstrate potential but lack direct experience in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer phones promptly and professionally, serving as the first point of contact for callers.
  2. Multitask efficiently to manage various administrative duties within the office.
  3. Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, for organizational and communication tasks.
  4. Ensure the accuracy and clarity of project correspondence through strong writing and grammatical skills.
  5. Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  6. Assist with construction billing processes, including handling Lien Waivers and coordinating with subcontractors.
