Meeting Maestro: Manage meeting logistics, from scheduling and agenda preparation to follow-up notes and action items.

Data Accuracy Champion: Maintain meticulously accurate databases and documentation while adhering to all compliance standards.

Organization Architect: Streamline administrative processes and implement systems for efficient data entry and information retrieval.

Solutions Strategist: Proactively identify and address administrative challenges with innovative solutions, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Customer Advocate: Champion customer needs by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any administrative issues.

Voice of Hospitality: Greet callers with a warm and professional tone, actively listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information.

Resolution Architect: Efficiently address inquiries, escalate complex issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Empathetic Communicator: Actively listen to understand customer needs, clarify details, and provide helpful information while demonstrating genuine empathy.

Requirements

Seeking at least two years’ comparable administrative support experience.

Strong writing and grammatical skills to assure the quality of project correspondence.

Experience in all types of business software including the Microsoft Office Suite.
