This position is responsible for in office general support, working in a professional small office environment. M-F 9AM-5PM
Responsibilities
- Leadership organizing and managing the site office in a collaborative work environment.
- Data entry, filing, taking meeting minutes and other general administrative duties as assigned.
- Administrative support for project management.
- Preparation of reports, proposals, manuals, plans, and budgets.
- Responsible for documentation of certified payroll.
- Scheduling of appointments, meetings, conference rooms, etc.
Requirements
- Seeking at least two years’ comparable administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong writing and grammatical skills to assure the quality of project correspondence.
- Experience in all types of business software including the Microsoft Office Suite.
