Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide 5-star, fast, and friendly customer service while managing a variety of tasks that ensure seamless coordination between our customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service to all clients.
    • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
  2. Appointment Management:
    • Follow up on previously scheduled appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and reschedule return visits if necessary.
    • Confirm upcoming appointments with customers to ensure preparedness and punctuality.
  3. Communication:
    • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to coordinate schedules and address any concerns.
  4. Scheduling Coordination:
    • Coordinate and confirm schedules with both customers and technicians.
    • Assign jobs to technicians based on their workload, skill set, and geographical location to optimize efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in scheduling and coordinating appointments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both customers and technicians.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
